McConaughey who's been photographed shirtless in many occasions while he was exercising on the beach has topped the list of In Touch Weekly magazine's Hollywood "Beach Bums". He is on the No. 1 spot, besting Andy Baldwin who comes 4th on the list.
Socialite Paris Hilton who's much publicized for her DUI arrests comes at 2nd spot, just one place ahead of Cameron Diaz at No. 3. Finishing the Top 5 is R&B singer Beyonce Knowles.
McConaughey could next be seen starring in the comedy romance "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" and action drama "Hammer Down" just to name a few.
