The teaser trailer for J.J. Abrams' s new project "1-18-08", previously known as "Cloverfield", has been put online on Apple.com.

AceShowbiz - Feeding the moviegoers with curiosity over J.J. Abrams' secretive film project "1-18-08", formerly known as "Cloverfield", Paramount Pictures as the studio producing the flick has finally brought online the teaser trailer for the monster movie on the net.

Placed on Apple.com, the clip can be seen in either standard or high definition format, the former one being available in small, medium, and large size. Not much is known about the story except for a slight hint about the creature through a piece of dialogue saying "I saw it, it's alive, it's huge!"

Made known into public earlier this month, "1-18-08" is currently in production under the direction of Matt Reeves who is helming based on script written by Drew Godard, known to be the scribe for several episodes of Abrams-created hit TV series "Alias" and "Lost." Michael Stahl-David, Odet Jasmin, Mike Vogel, and Lizzy Kaplan are all starring with Abrams producing alongside Bryan Burk.

In related news, Abrams shockingly informed Ain't It Cool News that EthanHaaswaswrong.blogspot.com and EthanHaasWasRight.com do not have any connections with the movie as many have assumed and that 1-18-08.com is the only site for the project people have found so far. The former two have been widely believed to be part of the flick since Paramount was noticed to ask YouTube to remove videos taken from the EthanHaaswasright.com.
