Cameron Diaz's name is reportedly going to be mentioned as Criss Angel's lover in the court hearing of Angel and his ex-wife's divorce.

AceShowbiz - Cameron Diaz has been named "the other woman". The "Shrek the Third" star stands in the middle of bitter divorce between illusionist Criss Angel and his estranged wife Joanne Sarantakos.
Sarantakos has accused Angel on having an affair while married to her and is now suing for her share of dollars. "We're naming Cameron Diaz as his lover," said Sarantakos' lawyer Dominic Barbara on Nassau County court "We will subpoena her as soon as she comes back to New York."
Sarantakos also claimed that Angel has kept her a "secret" to enhance his career. She therefore stated that her husband of five years has conducted "mental cruelty and abandonment".
All of these allegations however, were denied by Angel's lawyer Elliot Weiner who said, "the notion that she's not being supported is simply not accurate." A court hearing of their case is scheduled for Sept 19.
