Backstreet Boys Preparing 6th Album

After 2 years hiatus, Backstreet Boys hit the studio to complete the sixth album that will be in coincidence with Halloween.

AceShowbiz - Boy band Backstreet Boys is reported getting back together. The group that went popular in the '90s is heading back to the studio for a Halloween album.

The band will return to the music scene without Kevin Richardson who announced his departure last year. The sixth studio will be the follow up of "Never Gone" that went Platinum in U.S.

In a recent interview, member Brian Littrell spilled that the band's new album will span various kind of sound. There will be a combination of early '90s sound and recent guitar driven pop/rock sound.

While Littrell said that the record will be out on October 30, MTV has reported that it will arrive on the exact Halloween day (10/31/2007).
