Rapper Foxy Brown was robbed in Brooklyn Saturday June 23rd in the early morning hours.
Foxy Brown is in hot water, again. The troubled rapper was on Saturday June 23rd robbed by her ex-boyfriend's female friends.
According to the police there were at least four people teamed up to rob Brown, took away her Louis Vuitton bag, $500 in cash and credit cards around 5:30 a.m. Saturday at Crescent Street and Stanley Avenue in the East New York section of Brooklyn.
The Daily News quoted a source claiming that Brown ended her romance with boyfriend early Saturday morning after she found out his criminal record. He then asked his three female friends to attack Brown, who soon after the attack filed a complaint with the NYPD and identified Brooklynite Roshawn Anthony as one of the attackers.
As a consequence, Anthony then was arrested and charged with robbery, assault and grand larceny. Bail was set at $50,000 and her next court date was June 28th.
Brown, on the other hand, denied the robbery ever happened, claiming she had never been at the location given. "A lot of the time, people mistake me for someone else, or people always call in these false tips," Brown said.
