Golden Globe-winning American actress Keri Russell gave birth to her first child with carpenter husband Shane Deary, a baby boy, Saturday June 9th in New York.
Russell's representative announced the birth of the baby, named River Russell Deary, Monday June 18th. No other details of the baby being made public though.
Russell and Shane first met through mutual friends. They became engaged in 2006 and walked down the aisle on February 14, 2007 in New York.
Has just had her latest film project "Waitress" hit the theaters, Russell will next be seen starring in the dramatic fantasy "August Rush" and the psychological drama "The Girl in the Park", both slated to be released in 2007.
