T.I. Slams Ludacris for Recent Grammy Winning
Music

Seemingly ending the feud, T.I. couldn't help to think that his "King" album should have won over Ludacris' "Release Therapy".

AceShowbiz - T.I. made another nasty remarks on long time rival Ludacris regarding recent Grammy winning. The Atlanta-born rapper thinks that his "King" album should have stood up as the winner of Best Rap Album instead of Ludacris' "Release Therapy".

In a released statement T.I. said, "I had the album of the year whether I won a Grammy for it or not. I think numbers show that. I think that if you go out to anybody on the streets and ask them, they'll tell you. I think that it's a no-brainer. You ask him (Ludacris), he'll probably tell you the same thing. Come on, man, who in hip-hop doesn't know that? If you a supporter of hip-hop, who doesn't know that King is the only platinum album that dropped last year... that was platinum by the time the new-year's bell rung? At 12:01, January 1, 2007, who had the hottest album of the year? I think it's unanimous."

With the statement T.I has reignited the hatred flame that has been burning between the two for quite sometime. It was in 2004 when one of Ludacris' music videos featured a man in a shirt that resembled T.I.'s Trap Muzik label being beaten. Although Ludacris made his statement that no pun was intended, T.I. still took it hard and recorded the song "Stomp" which verse contained an insult to Ludacris.

T.I.'s "King" lost to Ludacris' "Release Therapy" in this year's Grammy Awards although both eventually took home two different winnings each.
