While her hit single "Umbrella" scores the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Canadian Hot 100 by June 7th, Rihanna is busy working her way, strikes some sexy poses for the July 2007 music issue of Elle magazine.
The singer, moreover, also does such "sexy interview" with the magazine, which among others include her favorite producer, style influences, and dream collaborator.
On her favorite producer, Rihanna claimed Timbaland as "genius. He takes the work seriously without taking it too seriously". Also she revealed her willingness to record with Andre Benjamin, claiming him as "funky, whether it's production-wise or it's him rapping."
Singing aside, Rihanna was being asked on her style influences, and she said she's "influenced a lot by Japanese girls, not just in Tokyo, but all over. They walk down the street looking like they're going to shoot a video with the hair, makeup, heels and tiny, tiny shorts. It's crazy."
In fact, Rihanna isn't the only one featured in the magazine. Stacy Ferguson is the other. As for her part, the singer-songwriter, and actress posed with an orangutan and talked on her remaining true to her roots and down-time among others.
