Joining the star studded Virgin Festival is The Police. The newly reunited band has confirmed their presence to close the first night of the Baltimore festival.
With the addition of The Police, V Festival becomes the event with big reunion bands. The Smashing Pumpkins also make one of their early reunion appearances in this festival. Like The Police, The Smashing Pumpkins is made the headliner of Baltimore leg but on the second day. Baltimore's jaunt takes place August 4 and 5.
The Police will begin a series of reunion concert on May 28 in Vancouver, Canada. They will continue the trek in a number of Canadian and US dates throughout early August before jumping to European leg on August 29 in Stockholm, Sweden.
