Chosen to secure the No. 1 spot in Life & Style's new list of celebrities with toned stomachs, the movie hunk besting David Beckham who is 3rd and Rupert Friend who is 5th. Making the list at 2nd spot is Jessica Biel thanks to her many hobbies that include ballet, soccer, running, yoga and hiking.

Keira Knightley, who is Pirates' beauty, wins the 4th spot. Next on the list, at No. 6, is Denise Richards who has been photographed donning her bikini body during a recent vacation with boyfriend Richie Sambora.

An actor who once became a celebrity contestant during the third season of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," Mario Lopez is chosen the 7th, ahead of Gisele Bundchen and Jessica Alba who both finish the 8th and 9th spots respectively. Shakira is finishing the Top 10, thanks to her belly dancing routines.
