Crowded House Reveals Album Details

Crowded House has finished working on the album that will mark its reunion and new formation.

Pop-rock act Crowded House added the excitement of their reunion with the announcement of new album. Under the title "Time on Earth", the first album in 15 years will feature the work of Dixie Chicks and Modest Mouse guitarist John Marr.

The Chicks helps in the writing of track "Silent House" which is also available in their "Taking the Long Way" album but in a different version. Marr penned the song "Even A Child" together with the band's frontman Neil Finn.

This record is the first that the band does with new drummer Matt Sherrod who took the place of deceased Paul Hester. The first single from this album will be "Don't Stop Now" and is due June 26. The whole album will arrive in UK July 2 via Parlophone and in North America July 10 via ATO Records.
