Solo Album of Concrete Blonde's Johnette Napolitano



Concrete Blonde's very own vocalist Johnette Napolitano is on again to release another solo album.

Concrete Blonde's Johnette Napolitano is in preparation for another solo album titled "Scarred". The album will be released May 29 through Hybrid Records.

In her fourth solo project, Johnette works with Nine Inch Nails' contributor Danny Lohner and Rachel Stamp's producer Will Crewdson. In the album, she will cover Coldplay's "The Scientist" and Velvet Underground's "All Tomorrow's Parties".

Album in schedule, tour to go, she will support "Scarred" in a series of gigs starting from April 27 in San Francisco.

Johnette is the frontwoman of alternative rock band Concrete Blonde who is known for her poignant songwriting and vocal. She recently lent her voice to Australian film "West" (2007) and is penned to fill the voice of an animated character in an upcoming Livestock project.
