Under the weight to reprise the success of "Most Known Unknown", Three 6 Mafia confidently stated that this is actually their best.
Three 6 Mafia with its steady increase of album sales is on again to score another winning piece. "Last 2 Walk" is going to be the group's newest album due to hit the stores on May 22.
Claiming that it would be the best record even after the platinum "Most Known Unknown" (2005), DJ Paul revealed, "We got Lyfe Jennings, Paul Wall, 8Ball & MJG, Akon, The Game, Lil Jon and Lil Wayne. It's hot as hell!" The group also records this album with recently joining member Project Pat.
For the production, the group tapped Akon for two songs. "We wanted Akon to do some production on there 'cause we're fans of his," said Juicy J.
First single has been released under the title "Doe Boy Fresh" that already climbed the R&B/Hip-Hop chart at a steady rate. Other tracks to be released are still selected among 50 songs that they have written.
The group won an Oscar for Best Original Song in 2006 through the single "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp". The song was made the soundtrack of movie "Hustle & Flow" starring Terrence Howard.
