Danity Kane, in Effort of Sophomore Album

Wanting to stay in the game as long as possible, Danity Kane is working hard to prepare the materials included in the second album.

The "Making the Band 3" born group Danity Kane is currently in their hard work mode preparing for the sophomore album. Post the success of self-titled debut album in 2006 that went platinum, the quintet is in the weight of producing equal quality.

Aubrey O'Day spoke in an interview with Billboard that they are hitting the studios and that some of the stuffs are actually coming from the girls. This yet untitled project certainly put them in the test. The other member Dawn Angelique Richard said, "To me, this is the turning point. This determines whether or not you're legit."

Richard added that each of the members has their own ProTolls program installed in the laptop so that they can trade ideas on songs. Although producing and writing the materials themselves, the band is still backed up by the founder P. Diddy. He however, doesn't want to lend too many hands on this, because he is giving the girls opportunity to 'spread their wings'. Timbaland, as a highly demanded producer has been mentioned beside Scott Storch and Bryan Michael Cox to hopefully contribute something for the album.
