Officials in Ho Chi Minh City are reviewing Jolie's file and is expected to complete their work by the end of the month at the latest, said Vu Duc Long, director of the Southeast Asian nation's Ministry of Justice's International Adoption Department.
Jolie, thus, can pick up the child anytime soon after the application is approved. The child, Brangelina about to adopt, is a 3½-year-old boy who is crazy about soccer and is very shy, Tam Binh Orphanage director Nguyen Van Trung revealed.
The child was abandoned at a Ho Chi Minh hospital as a baby and then taken to nearby Tam Binh orphanage, where he has lived ever since. Aside from the highly publicized boy, Angie and Brad have had two adopted children, Maddox and Zahara, plus one biological daughter Shiloh.
