Australian pop star Kylie Minogue is expanding her career, adding more into her resume with her signing to model for Swedish clothing retailer Hennes & Mauritz's summer range of beachwear.
The singer has already done a photo-shoot for the 'H&M loves Kylie' range which includes bikinis and sarongs and will be on sale beginning May later this year. "This photoshoot means a lot to her. It is incredibly brave of her to pose in swimwear", a spokesman for the star told The Sun.
On Kylie's choosing, H&M design head Margareta Van Den Bosch said, "When we think of Australia and glamour, we think Kylie, who is such a stylish person." The company, furthermore, said ten percent of the revenues from the line would be donated to the charity WaterAid.
Kylie underwent a partial mastectomy and chemotherapy after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005. Last month she completed her comeback tour and broke up with longtime boyfriend Olivier Martinez.
