Radha Mitchell and Neal McDonough Spread "The Seed"



Radha Mitchell and Neal McDonough are poised to be the leadstars of "The Seed", a film remake of the 1987 movie "The Hidden."

Sure it will be interesting to see how the pair will team up onscreen. Moviehole has reported that Radha Mitchell and Neal McDonough are both on board to topline an action thriller flick entitled "The Seed", which turns out to be a remake of 1987's "The Hidden" starring Kyle McLachlan and Michael Nouri.

Attached to direct is Rock Shaink Jr. who will helm from the script he wrote together with Mark Jonathan Stanley. Jamie Tarses and Gavin Polone are both seating as producers while Sue Baden-Powell and Paddy Cullen executive produce.

As for the plot, it is said that the project will mostly present a brand new storyline instead although it will also share similarities with the original flick. The story itself revolves around a mysterious killer who returns from the past and so, forces a young detective, played by Mitchell, to return to a case that took her mother's life years before.
