Action movie star Angelina Jolie paid a visit to Cambodia Tuesday Nov 21st. The actress visit to the home country of son Maddox is, in fact, an unannounced one.
Jolie reportedly briefly visited officials in Pailin, a former Khmer Rouge stronghold in northwestern Cambodia. She was there to meet with officials to discuss a forest conservation project for which she has promised some $1.3 million over five years.
Kong Duong, head of the Pailin information office, said Jolie and her party arrived on two helicopters. "They came very briefly before flying out. They seemed not to have much time for us," he said while declining to elaborate further.
