Ewan McGregor is attached to star in a futuristic movie titled "Franklyn" for London based company Hanway Films.
Surprisingly still eager to open his arms to stints outside Hollywood despite his celebrity status, Ewan McGregor has given agreement to take part in London-based company Hanway Films' production of "Franklyn", Variety has learned.
A futuristic British feature, the project tells the story of four lost soul divided by two parallel worlds in a split narrative set simultaneously in contemporary London and a future metropolis ruled by religious fervor.
Production on the movie is scheduled to begin next summer in the U.K with Gerald McMorrow to both write and direct for the first time. Visual effects will be handled by London-based f/x house Double Negative while Hanway's Jeremy Thomas are seating as producer.
