AceShowbiz - No stranger to controversy, Snoop Dogg keeps creating headlines again, again, and again. The troubled rapper was arrested Thursday afternoon Oct 26th at Burbank, Calif.'s Bob Hope Airport on suspicion of possessing marijuana and a handgun.
Dogg was arrested at 3:45 p.m. from the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority Police Department, for a vehicle code violation for stopping in a passenger loading/unloading zone. When officers searched the star's vehicle they found a gun and marijuana.
After being taken into custody, Dogg was freed on $35,000 bond. His arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 12 in Los Angeles County Superior Court in Burbank. The rapper's lawyer Donald Eltra said there was "no basis" for the arrest, adding "we believe that once this is cleared up, all charges will be dismissed".
