Salma Hayek to Guest Star on ABC's "Ugly Betty"

Salma Hayek will go in front of the cameras for ABC's new hit comedy "Ugly Betty."

After success in big screen production, Salma Hayek has intended to have another small screen project since her last on "The Sinbad Show" in 1993. What comes next for the actress is a guest-starring role on ABC's new hit comedy "Ugly Betty".

Report on Hayek to be involved in the series has been confirmed by the network Monday Oct 16th. The beauty, who executive produces the series, will make her first guest starring appearance in the November 2 episode called "Trust, Lust, and Must."

In her role, Hayek will play Sofia Reyes, a newcomer to the Mode scene who will leave a lasting impression on Daniel Meade and Betty Suarez. She'll appear in three more episodes throughout the month of November.
