Maggie Q Greets "The Tourist"

The Hollywood's door seems to open wider for Maggie Q lately. Finally positive to take part in "Live Free or Die Hard", the beauty has reportedly been included in the cast of "The Tourist", a thriller feature developed under Seed Productions and Cheyenne Enterprises banners.

Being so, Q thereby follows the trail of Michelle Williams to join the likes of Hugh Jackman and Ewan McGregor who both have been billed as the leadstars of the project. It has not been revealed yet which role the actress will play, but she is confirmed to slot in her part before starting her work on "Die Hard."

Set to begin shooting in coming weeks in New York City, pic is directed by Swiss filmmaker Marcel Langenegger with Mark Bomback, Patrick Marber, plus Jason Keller penning the script and Arnold Rifkin seating as the flick's producer alongside Jackman also Robbie Brenner.

Q, whose birth name is Margaret Denise Quigley, first began her career in modeling before shifting to acting through some Chinese films. Alongside Dan Fogler and Christopher Walken, she recently completed filming "Balls of Fury" which is scheduled to open in theaters January next year.
