Madonna's guitar technician is selling off one of the two guitars made especially for the Material Girl's "Drowning" World tour.
Wanna have something from your idol to be possessed? Here we have one interesting offer, which is Madonna's custom-made guitar.
The singer's guitar technician, John Griswold, is selling off one of the two guitars made especially for the Material Girl's "Drowning" World tour in a bid to help him recover from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
The Les Paul instrument, which Madonna gave to John after the tour as a thanks for all his services, features the pop diva's autograph in gold pen reading: "Love Madonna" and will hit eBay on October 6th.
Griswold reportedly was one of the many displaced when Hurricane Katrina ravaged America's Gulf Coast last summer. The first floor of his house was completely flooded and most of his possessions were destroyed. While reluctant to part with such a precious guitar, he says the financial loss and hardship he and his family have endured make the auction a necessary.
