The MTV2 $2Bill Tour Performers



30 Seconds To Mars being named the headliner of the MTV2 $2Bill Tour, set to hit the road October 17th.

Recent winner of the MTV2 Award at this year's MTV VMAs, the Alt-rockers 30 Seconds to Mars, has been booked to headline this fall's MTV2 $2 Bill tour, an outing that will travel the country using bio-diesel fuel.

On their being involved on the tour, the band's lead singer Jared Leto commented "Taking this approach gives us the opportunity to set an example and share with others the possibilities of real alternatives for a safer, cleaner world".

The 30-city tour, which kicks off Oct. 17 and runs until Nov. 25, will feature performances from such other music acts, as Head Automatica, Cobra Starship, Rock Kills Kid, The Receiving End of Sirens, The Pink Spiders, Envy on the Coast, and Men, Women & Children.
