Robin Williams Will Return to the New "Comic Relief"



Billy Crystal, Robin Williams and Whoopi Goldberg will return as hosts of new "Comic Relief".

People, get ready for the new "Comic Relief". The live stand-up comedy benefit, which ran on HBO from 1986-1998, will return to the premium cable network Nov. 18 later this year after a seven-year absence.

Besides, it will also be simulcast on TBS as well. On top of that, comedian Robin Williams will return as host of the three-hour event, bringing also his companion Billy Crystal and Whoopi Goldberg.

Comic Relief 2006, which will air live at 9 p.m. EST and tape-delayed PST, will be presented from Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The event reportedly will raise funds for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
