Justin Long is reported to be in final stages of his negotiations to star in "Die Hard 4."
One step further and Justin Long will have his way to be in the cast of "Die Hard 4", one of the high-anticipated sequels to come. IESB.net has confirmed that the striking star is in the final stages of his negotiations to join the flick to play either the son of John McClane or a computer hacker that he teams up with.
A native of Connecticut, Long has been seen last year taking roles in "Herbie: Fully Loaded" opposite Lindsay Lohan and "Waiting…" alongside Ryan Reynolds, David Koechner, also Anna Faris. His 2006 projects include "The Break-Up", "One Part Sugar", and "Accepted" among others.
Once again features Bruce Willis as the film's hero, John McClane, "Die Hard 4" will be the latest installment of the franchise to come up after 12 years since "Die Hard: With a Vengeance" in 1995 if the picture can meet its scheduled theatrical release in 2007. Len Wiseman is in charge to direct with Mark Bomback, Doug Richardson, and Roderick Thorp writing the scripts.
