Exodus Plants Hope in "The Hero of Color City"

Exodus Film Group is in progress to make animated feature entitled "The Hero of Color City."


Tired of watching various kinds of animals popping up on big screen animations? Well, this one should be a nice diversion then. Exodus Film Group is developing an animated feature about crayons of which story, as described by Variety, follows the adventures of a diverse band of crayons as they strive to protect their magical, multihued homeland from an evil tyrant.

Entitled "The Hero of Color City", pic is aimed to be a potential family franchise and set to run for a full 90 minutes with Magnolia Pictures handling the distribution matters. The company is known to be a holding of 2929 Entertainment that has released several foreign as well as indie films like "Control Room" (2004) and "Ong-Bak: Muay Thai Warrior" (2005).
