A new indie movie involving Selma Blair starts this coming August.

AceShowbiz - This early August is the set time for John Chuldenko to start directing a new indie movie "The Listening Party". Sean Blythe is taking part as the screenplay writer.

The story tells about a musician, named Doyle Bucklin, who faces the ups and downs in the showbiz, gets trapped in the endless circle of drugs and liquor scandals although commercially, he climbs and reaches the top.

The 1999-"Cruel Intentions" star, Selma Blair is confirmed to take part in the indie silver screen project. The actress performed as Liz Sherman in the 2004 "Hellboy" plays as a highly determined manager for Bucklin.
