Mandy Moore and Zach Braff have split up, blaming the large age gap for the decision. What an unfortunate.
The decision was reportedly amicable, with Moore (22) deciding she was too young for a completely committed relationship with Braff (31).
"They both decided that after two years, Mandy was a little young," a source told Us Weekly magazine. "Zach was ready for something different and they wanted to just kind of test the waters a little bit. It was an amicable break.
"Mandy was very young when they got together and she wanted to see what's out there, now that she's a woman. Zach was mature and realized it is time to let her do that", the source added.
Braff has apparently been spotted partying hard with friends recently and chatting up Jessica Simpson.
