AceShowbiz - "Lost" star Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to 60 days in Los Angeles County jail Monday May 22nd, 2006 for violating her probation she was sentenced to in 2004 on DUI-related misdemeanor charges. This has been confirmed by the Los Angeles city attorney's office.
Besides being put in jail, Judge Rex Heeseman, moreover, also sentenced the star to 30 days of community service for the L.A. Sheriff's Department and an extension of her probation by two years.
Rodriguez's other sanctions include a 30-day alcohol rehabilitation program, stints with the Mothers Against Drunk Driving victim impact panel and the city's hospital and morgue program, plus an alcohol education program.
Rodriguez is scheduled to begin her jail term on May 31.
