Time goes by and now Walden Media and New Line are about to launch production on "Journey 3-D." Due to such fact the two studios have attached Josh Hutcherson to star in, casting him opposite Brendan Fraser.
An update on Jules Verne's "Journey to the Center of the Earth", "Journey 3-D" is being directed by Eric Breivig based on a script written by D.V. DeVincentis. Take the producer seat is Charlotte Huggins.
As of Hutcherson, the star is set to portray the nephew of a geologist who stumbles upon a mystery while on an expedition, bringing them face to face with never-before-seen worlds and creatures beneath the earth's surface. Shooting is scheduled to start next month in Montreal.
