Soon as Universal Pictures has acquired the rights to turn "Live Bet" into big screen feature, the studio has set 50 Cent to star in.
"Live Bet" is a heist thriller revolving around underground clubs in Manhattan that place wagers on illegal car racing.
Besides starring in, 50 Cent will serve as producer as well alongside Mary Parent, Scott Stuber, and Chris Lighty. Meanwhile, brothers Charley Parlapanides and Vlas Parlapanides both wrote the screenplay.
