News on their marriage has been heating up. But that Katie Holmes and her soon to-be-husband Tom Cruise reach a prenuptial deal, it is something new from the controversial couple.
Rumors on the street mention that both of them have agreed on a prenuptial deal worth over £23 million. Such amount obviously is nothing for Cruise whose fortune reaches almost £250 million.
Furthermore, it is reported that Cruise has given a £8 million fund set up to ensure that Holmes and their baby Suri are comfortable, and Katie would receive the other £14 million in the event of a divorce.
