Music act Red Hot Chili Peppers is ready to gear their North American tour beginning on August 11 in Portland, Ore.
The trek, which is aimed to promote the band's double album "Stadium Arcadium" due in stores May 9 via Warner Bros, will be broken into two legs with a few weeks off in October.
While the first leg is slated to run through October 1 in Quebec City, the second one will open October 17 in East Rutherford, N.J., and close November 5 in Minneapolis with American musical group The Mars Volta set to open.
