Ben Stiller is ready to hang 10, producing "Big Wave," a surfing comedy based on his own idea

Probably wants to give it a go for another career besides acting, Ben Stiller will next take the producer seat. The actor reportedly will produce a surfing comedy flick based on his own idea. It's titled "Big Wave".

While he's going to produce with business partner Stuart Cornfeld, Emmett Malloy and Brendan Malloy are both giving hand at directing. Already tapped to write the script is Brent Forrester, a one-time writer on "The Ben Stiller Show."

As of the story "Big Wave" follows the world's greatest big wave surfer who, after being sidelined for years after a traumatic wipeout, decides to surf again in order to save a convalescent home for old surfers.
