The actor best known for his action as James Bond, Sean Connery, is recovering from kidney tumor surgery.
Underwent the operation in New York a few weeks ago, he is now recovering at his home in the Bahamas, his spokesman James Barron said Sunday March 12th, 2006.
"He's very fit, he's 100 percent plus," Barron said of the actor condition. Also, his brother, Neil Connery revealed "as far as I'm led to believe the tumor was benign. He seems to be quite upbeat about it."
