The divorce settlement between Christian Slater and his ex-wife, Ryan Haddon, turns out to be not yet finished as the 36-year-old actor has been reported to fight for join custody of his children, Jaden and Eliana. In the refiled divorce documents placed on Friday, February 10 in Superior Court, he also reveals an intention to divide property under a written agreement between himself and Haddon.
Slater first filed divorce papers in February last year after five years togetherness, stating that he and Haddon had separated on January 5, 2005. However, the separation date later was changed to January 1, 2004 in the new papers.
