Chicago's rapper Kanye West, who was one of the artists nominated for eight Grammys, unfortunately only won three. The superstar won the categories of Best Rap Solo Performance for "Gold Digger", Best Rap Song for "Diamonds From Sierra Leone", and Best Rap Album for "Late Registration".
