The house of former Newlyweds couple, Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey, is put on sale. The twosome reportedly listed their plush Californian mansion for $3.75million.
To note, the house includes five bedrooms, a music studio and a stunning infinity pool. And there comes "Malcolm in the Middle" teen actor Justin Berfield to buy the property. Hope Diamond, Berfield's publicist, confirmed the sale Tuesday, but wouldn't disclose the price.
