AceShowbiz - Gabrielle Union and husband Chris Howard call it quit after four years of marriage. The couple announced the split in a statement released Monday by Lisa Kussell, the actress' publicist.
It's read "The couple remains close and asks that you respect their privacy at this difficult time." No reason mentioned as the cause of their divorce.
Gabrielle married Howard, a former NFL running back for the Jacksonville Jaguars, in 2001. Unfortunately, news of the breakup came just two days after Union's 32nd birthday.
