Successfully getting through his surgery, Bo Bice finally is allowed to check out from Desert Springs Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas. The American Idol finalist is going to rest for about six weeks in the process of recovering.
"He's in an undisclosed place for more R&R," said his minister, Donny Acton, who is the pastor of New Hope Cumberland Presbyterian Church. "It's pretty serious stuff, and you can still get an infection."
