Earl Simmons or known as the renowned rapper DMX was charged on Monday with violation on the conditions of a plea deal he made after his last-year case of driving through an airport parking gate at JFK Airport in New York while on drugs. After receiving a conditional discharge last December, he was again charged with driving 104 mph near his home and shortly thereafter was involved in a three-car accident. The rapper could as well spend one year in jail if a judge decides these incidents violated the conditions of his release. His next trial is scheduled on October 11.
