The second annual VH1 Hip Hop Honors will be held on September 22 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York and will be aired 26 within the month on VH1. One lucky star to be feted in the event is LL Cool J, while other honored celebrities among others include Notorious B.I.G., Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five, Ice-T, Salt-N-Pepa, and the 1991 film "Boyz n the Hood."
