Bobby Brown has been hit with an arrest warrant after he refused to attend court for a child support hearing
Melissa Whish claimed her client Bobby Brown had a virus so that he couldn't attend court for a child support hearing in Canton, Massachusetts, concerning allegations he failed to pay educational support costs for LaPrincia (14) and Bobby Jr. (10), his two children with former lover Kim Ward.
Though, court register Patrick McDermott didn't receive any evidence of Brown's ill health and hence issued an arrest warrant for the disgraced singer.
Brown is expected to agree to paying $160,000 over the next six months to establish the trust funds. And if he is found guilty at his current trial, Brown can be sentenced to a 90 day prison.
