The highly anticipated third season of Dave Chappelle's show will not make its May 31 premiere date due to suspended production on it
The highly anticipated third season of hit US comedy series "Chappelle's Show" has been postponed, Comedy Central said in a surprise announcement Wednesday. "Comedy Central has suspended production on the third season of "Chappelle's Show" until further notice," network spokesman Tony Fox said in a brief statement. However, "all parties are optimistic that production will resume in the near future."
There was no comment from Comedy Central nor comedian Dave Chappelle's spokesperson about the reason for the postponement nor how long the postponement may last.
