AceShowbiz - Model Kimberly Stewart will for sure replacing Nicole Richie to star in "Simple Life" series with Paris Hilton. Belive it or not, TV bosses at the Fox network are reportedly close to finalizing a deal with Stewart to take the place of Richie, who is moving on to film another proposed reality series with her fiance Adam Goldstein. Stewart herself refused to comment further on the report, saying "We can't talk about it. It's top secret... We're in the works with something very special."
