Rapper Master P and his brother pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a felony charge of carrying unregistered loaded guns

Rapper Master P and brother Vyshonn King Miller pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of carrying unregistered loaded guns after they were stopped by police patrolling University of California on March 27, 2005 because their Chrysler 300 didn't' have license plates.
