A Colorado judge dismisses civil lawsuit against Kobe Bryant after the basketball star declaring his settlement with his rape accuser

US District Judge Richard Matsch has signed a one-sentence order in a Denver court on Thursday March 3, 2005, dismissing civil lawsuit against Kobe Bryant just a day after the basketball star's lawyer declaring Bryant and his accuser settlement.

Commenting on the judge approval, Bryant does admitting the intercourse, yet claiming it was consensual.
