Ashley Olsen will soon bring in court her lawsuit against Amerian tabloid, the National Enquirer, for misusing her character over a story that alleged she was caught in a drug scandal.
TV show Access Hollywood reports that the suit will still in charge despite the fact that the tabloid's cover photo is purely misleading. Feels great anger and shock of that "incident," Ashley plans to seek multi-million dollar damages from the tabloid.
In a further confirmation, the National Enquirer claims the misleading cover photo happened due to the discovered documents that link Ashley's boyfriend, Scott Sartiano, with co-owner of the New York nightclub Butter, to alleged drug dealing.
