Comedian Paul Rodriguez sues his ex-manager, Scott Montoya and his company, Payaso Entertainment, for forgering his signature to gain ownership of the film "The Latin Kings of Comedy" and struck a deal with major studio, Paramount Pictures to distribute the film after their 2001 agreement to split profits from the movie.
In the Superior Court lawsuit he filed on February 10, 2005, Rodriguez demanded $1million compensation for the forgery.
